IPO Insight respects your privacy and provides users with a simple way to request deletion of their personal data associated with the application.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like to request deletion of your data from IPO Insight, please send an email to:

Please include the following information in your email:
- Your registered email address or account identifier used with IPO Insight
- Your name, if applicable
- A clear request to delete your data or account
For security purposes, we may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify your request and ensure that the correct user's data is deleted.
Data Deletion Process
Once we receive and verify your request, we will process the deletion of your applicable account and associated personal data.
Verified deletion requests will normally be completed within 72 hours of receiving the required information.
Once the deletion process is completed, applicable personal data associated with your account will be removed from our systems, except where certain information is required to be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes.
If any information must be retained for such a reason, it will be retained only for the period required for that purpose and handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
What Happens After Deletion?
- Deleted account data cannot normally be recovered.
- You may lose access to features or services associated with the deleted account.
- Information that is legally required to be retained may be kept for the required retention period.
