PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: By downloading, accessing, or using the mobile application IPO Insight, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Important Disclaimers (Google Play Policy Compliance)

1.1 Non-Government Entity

IPO Insight is a private application and is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), National Stock Exchange (NSE), Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), or the Government of India. All official data regarding IPO allotments should be verified on the respective official websites of the Registrars or Exchanges.

1.2 Not Financial Advice

The content provided in this App, including "Expert Recommendations," "Grey Market Premium (GMP)," and market analysis, is for educational and informational purposes only.

  • We are NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor.

  • No information in this App constitutes an offer to buy/sell securities or financial advice.

  • Consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

1.3 No Guarantee of Returns

Past performance, GMP trends, or subscription data do not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that stock market investments are subject to market risks.

2. Services Provided

The App provides:

  • Aggregated information on Current, Upcoming, and Listed IPOs.

  • IPO Allotment Status checking tools.

  • Unofficial Grey Market Premium (GMP) data.

  • A facility to initiate IPO applications via third-party UPI apps.

3. Grey Market Premium (GMP) Policy

  • Source of Data: GMP values are aggregated from market intelligence and secondary sources.

  • Unregulated Nature: You acknowledge that the "Grey Market" is unregulated and unofficial.

  • No Liability: IPO Insight shall not be liable for any losses incurred by you relying on GMP figures. We do not support or encourage trading in the grey market.

4. IPO Application & UPI Integration

  • Facilitator Role: The App serves merely as an interface to format and relay your bid data to the Exchange APIs or Broker platforms.

  • Third-Party Processing: Payment processing is handled entirely by your chosen UPI App (e.g., BHIM, PhonePe, GPay) and your Bank.

  • Failure of Payment: We are not responsible for:

    • UPI Mandate failures.

    • Funds blocked but application not submitted.

    • Rejection of bids by the Exchange/Registrar.

5. Auto Allotment Checker

  • User Authorization: By using the "Auto Allotment Checker," you voluntarily provide your Permanent Account Number (PAN) or Application Number.

  • Limited Agent: You authorize us to act as your limited agent to query public Registrar websites (e.g., Link Intime, KFintech) to fetch your specific allotment result.

  • Accuracy: We do not manipulate this data; we display exactly what is returned by the Registrar's server.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for money laundering or illegal financial activities.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the App's source code.

  • Use the "Apply IPO" feature to spam the exchange with invalid bids.

  • Post abusive, defamatory, or hateful content in any community sections (if available). We reserve the right to remove such content and ban users immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content, UI design, and code are the property of IPO Insight.

  • Third-Party IP: Logos of companies (listing candidates), Registrar names, and Payment Gateway logos are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification/informational purposes only under Fair Use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, IPO Insight, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Errors or delays in content (e.g., delayed Subscription numbers).

  • Server downtime of third-party Registrars.

  • Financial losses due to investment decisions.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Significant changes will be notified via an App update or notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
